Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
• No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• No refunds for products not stored according to the provided storage instructions.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services are outside our control, but we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.
• All products should be refrigerated upon arrival unless otherwise stated.
